Whenever you order more than one item, please either call us at 800.372.4422 or email your request to orders@farmerdirectfoods.com prior to placing your order. We may be able to ship for less! Expedited shipping is also available; additional charges will apply.

What is the Shelf Life of our Products?
Whole grain wheat has a shelf life of 1 year if kept in an airtight, bug-free container. Whole grain flours have a shelf life of three months. Shelf life can be extended by refrigerating or freezing the products. What is our Return/Refund Policy?
We guarantee our products to be fresh and wholesome when you receive them If you find them not fresh or wholesome when you receive them or you get a product you did not order, call us immediately at 800.372.4422 and we will give you further instructions regarding returning your products and obtaining a refund.
What is our Freight Damage or Loss Policy?
Should your product arrive damaged, call us immediately at 800.372.4422 and we will assist in resolving it and reordering your product. Your product and packing materials must be kept for inspection, should the shipping agent request to see the damage. Please don’t accept visibly damaged product! Your health is a major concern to us!
